We have submitted our product to the National Institute of Justice and we are pending approval.
You may cancel any time in between the ordering and packing process. Anything in the Shipping stage will not be canceled and you will have to refer to our return policy for a refund.
If your item is damaged when received, which is highly unlikely, please report within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please let us know what is damaged and send pictures of the damage. To make a claim email us para.tx@veinternational.org and we will give further directions from there.
According to the official TSA government website “Generally, body armor is allowed in carry-on or checked bags. Please note however that even if an item is generally allowed, our officers make the final decision on whether an item is allowed through the checkpoint.”

In school settings however, it is not a part of our company to check with your district's school policy, so please do be aware of public gathering restrictions of our said products.
The total weight of the backpack and the plate is around the weight of 3 pounds. With school supplies this could round up to 3.5.
